In the wake of Miley Cyrus‘ tour bus driver having a fatal heart attack, there is some good news for the (now) 17-year-old singer. Miley celebrated (a little more) on her birthday Monday when the lawsuit against her for 4-billion-dollars was thrown out of court.
Earlier this year, a picture of Miley and some friends pulling their eyes back to look “Asian” hit the internet. Miley apologized, but that wasn’t enough for Lucie Kim of Los Angeles. She sued Miley for $4 billion, or $4,000 for each of the (estimated) 1-million Asian Pacific Islander in LA County, for a civil rights violation.
Luckily, a rational judge threw the case out.
Kim is now saying she’ll appeal.
C’mon Kim… let it go! Who has 4 billion dollars? WTH?
