For the first time since “8 Mile,” rapper Eminem is returning to the big screen in the upcoming Adam Sandler, Seth Rogan film, “Funny People.”
“Funny People” director Judd Apatow said, “I was scared to pitch jokes to him, then I realized his songs are as nasty as anything that has ever been spoken. There is no way to offend him.”
“Funny People” hits theaters July 31. Meanwhile Eminem is currently in the studio working on his next album “Relapse Two.” His next scheduled performance on stage is set for Halloween at the Voodoo Festival in New Orleans.
We know from the Slim Shady / Sacha Baron Cohen incident at the MTV Movie awards, Eminem can act. We’ll see if he can make us laugh! XOXO
