Some guy shopping at a garage sale lucked out and bought some of Kurt Cobain’s earliest demos. The unnamed man found a series of Phillips cassette tapes in Aberdeen, Washington (Kurt’s hometown) with the letters “KDC” scrawled on them. Nirvana’s producers verified the tapes were indeed Kurt’s. They feature him singing along on an acoustic guitar and ukulele. The man is now negotiating to sell the tapes to Kurt’s estate and Nirvana’s record label.
What a find! He should put them up on eBay first to determine a good price. LUCKY.
