Jesse James and Kat Von D seem to have decided to take their relationship public and in Austin Texas of all places! The couple were spotted holding hands and riding motorcycles in Fredericksburg, Texas, near the motorcycle mogul’s relocated business and family. When it was time for Von D to leave, the couple shared a kiss at the Austin Airport as James dropped her off for the flight.

“They’re definitely not hiding anything at this point,” a source close to Von D said after their Texas time together. “Kat’s happy. She doesn’t really care what other people think. She’ll do what she wants regardless.”

James, 41, was also spotted recently taking his daughters to school on their first day. He and his children moved to Texas so that his children could maintain the close relationship they’ve developed with their stepmother, Sandra Bullock.

Oh, how sweet for Sandra.

Seriously was it absolutely necessary for Jesse to move to Sandra’s hometown? And flaunt his relationship no less? He’s still a punk!

If you thought you were a Gaga fan this Bulgarian man might have you beat.

RadarOnline reports: Lady Gaga fan Penio Daskalov, 24, plans to have a full sex change operation and is enlisting cosmetic surgeons to turn him into a double of Lady Gaga, which he thinks will help him launch a career in music.

“I really admire the way she has created herself, so when I’ve had my operations I won’t be quite a man or quite a woman,” Daskalov said.

“I’ve already contacted her management and told them what I am doing and how I’d like to record a duet with her,” he concluded.

There’s no word yet from Gaga’s camp as to whether or not she supports Daskalov’s soon-to-be transformation.

We highly doubt he will get a record duet or deal from this.

Just another person on the planet so desperately wanting to be noticed. Sad.

If you think the drama between Stephanie Pratt and her batshit crazy brother Spencer Pratt is fake, think again. The drama is very real and in fact Stephanie has not spoken to Spencer in over a year.

“In September it will be a year [since we've spoken],” she said Friday at the two- year anniversary party of Palazzo Las Vegas’s Lavo. “It’s getting more normal and more normal.”

Though she says she’ll be there for Spencer whenever the time comes to talk, Stephanie, 24, doesn’t appear to be itching to dial his number, saying it’s “his choice” that the two don’t communicate.

Though Spencer is currently in the middle of a divorce from Heidi Montag, the personal drama is not likely to change Stephanie’s relationship with the former villain of The Hills – yet.

“When he’s ready to come around, I’m going to greet him with open arms,” she says. “I love him more than anything in the world. He’s my blood.”

This is very heartfelt of Stephanie, especially after the way Spencer treated her. He is lucky to have such a forgiving sister.
