Check out the new Beyonce shoot. We are loving this! The pics will run in magazines promoting her clothing line House of Dereon.
If anyone deserves a break it’s Beyonce! The singer has been on a grueling tour and has already visited Brazil and Chile, performed at the Hipodromo de San Isidro to a packed crowd and rave reviews.
Now it is downtime for Beyonce and her staff as they had privacy poolside at the Hotel Faena in Argentina. Although the sun was shinning and the weather was warm Beyonce opted to stay covered in a beautiful blue gown.
The singer has been thru alot lately with the arrival of her newborn sibling and her parent’s divorce. Hopefully this tour and vacation will give her a much needed break from the drama in the states.

Beyonce probably has more on her mind than her current video shoot in Rio with Alicia Keys. Her clothing business “House Of Dereon” is being sued by its Hong Kong-based manufacturer Vier International Ltd. for breach of contract. and it’s serious.
In a complaint filed in the U.S. District Court in Manhattan, Vier says it lost $500,000 because the clothing company Donna Loren LLC and shipping company HJM International were “conspirators who induced the shipment of goods to the United States with the intent to convert them or pay less than the agreed upon contract price.”
Vier named two entities owned by Knowles and partners — Beyond Productions LLC and House of Dereon — for taking part through purchase orders and requesting manufacturing specifications.
The company included claims under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), which is what is used in most Mafia prosecutions, but over the years has been expanded to other areas and includes civil claims by private parties like the claims here.

If you can’t get enough Beyonce, you can catch her in a “60 Minutes” special, right before the Grammy Awards. She sat down with correspondent Steve Kroft to discuss what she doesn’t like about the music business, her sexuality, and how hell-bent she was to become famous. (Such important issues!)
Following her “60 Minutes” special, Sunday at 7P on CBS, Beyonce will be seen at the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards, performing and accepting any of the TEN awards she is nominated for.
No doubt, Beyonce has created an amazing career for herself… a career that could serve as a template for anyone seeking superstardom. (Fame 101: Never turn down an opportunity to be seen on network TV.) It’s got to be backed up with talent and hard work though, and for that, she deserves respect.
Hopefully we’ll see a new side of Beyonce (without any bootie girations.) That would be amazing.

Beyonce has recently announced that she is taking a break from recording and performing. The singer wants to eat out alot at restaurants, go to movies and possibly take some French cooking classes.

The singer had this to say: “It’s definitely time to take a break, to recharge my batteries,” Beyonce, 28, said in an interview. “I’d like to take about six months and not go into the studio. I need to just live life, to be inspired by things again…I’ve always worked hard, but I feel like I worked harder this past year than I have since I was just starting out. I just had all these great opportunities.” (USA Today)
