Singer David Archuleta has been in Central America visiting charitable organizations that help families living in poverty. His mom is from Honduras, so she joined him on the trip to Guatemala and Honduras so they could visit family.
David has been blogging about his experiences and says, “We’ve been meeting with several of the families and seeing how it’s affected them. It’s really neat and touching to see how different other peoples’ lives can be from ours. We take so much for granted way too often in out lives.”
The Enterprise Mentors charity helps poor people to become self-reliant, “and become successful after coming from so little,” says David.
For being just 19, this guy is evolving into a powerhouse! His music is extremely popular in Latin America and with the wisdom he’s gaining through his travels, we see a future leader! XO
