Leona Lewis fans got a nice surprise at one of her shows at London’s O2 Center. Star of “Glee”, Matthew Morrison, joined her on stage for a performance of “Somewhere Over The Rainbow” with Morrison playing the ukulele.

This duet has added fuel to rumors that Leona will be appearing on “Glee” at some point. We say… that would be amazing!

Leona Lewis Is A True Animal Lover

We knew there was a reason we loved Leona Lewis so much. When the singer isn’t performing, she’s all about her pets.

Her horse Goose, dog Misty and rabbit Melrose become the center of her world.

So how does she spoil them?

“Lots of hugs, kisses and cuddles,” the Bleeding Love singer tells Us Magazine.

She considers her favorite hobby to be “riding horses.”

“I love nature and enjoy learning new skills,” she says.

In fact, little reminders of her affection for horses can be found around her home. She tells me she collects equestrian art.

And, she doesn’t forget pets in need when it comes to her favorite charity, WSPA – World Society for the Protection of Animals.

“They campaign to change laws to stop the cruel treatment of animals,” she says.

Leona Lewis Covers In Style UK And Simon Cowell

The amazing singer Leona Lewis – who first shot to fame after winning Simon’s pop star search show ‘The X Factor’ in 2006 – covers the latest issue of In Style magazine and says Simon Cowell’s fiancee Mezhgan Hussainy is a wonderful person and she is really pleased her mentor is finally tying the knot.

She said: “She has the Leona Lewis seal of approval. She’s lovely.”

Leona is in a relationship with Lou Al-Chamaa – who she has been dating for five years since before she was famous – and insists she would always choose her man over her career:

“I love music but, of course, I’d choose love over that. For me, love is happiness and inspiration. But I mean the love of my life and the other love of my life go hand in hand.”

Leona insists she is really happy with Lou but doesn’t like to talk about her love life. The 25-year-old pop star added: “I always try to maintain my private life. My private life is the most precious thing to me.”

Leona Lewis Thrown From A Horse

Leona Lewis is injured once again; she has torn knee ligaments from a fall off a horse. The tumble took place December 30th. Leona was taken to the hospital and seen leaving with crutches. 2009 was a rough year on Leona, not only was she slugged in the face by a deranged person at her book signing, but last April she was head-butted by her horse who knocked her to the ground and split her lip.

Leona was a trooper and made it to a New Year’s Eve celebration December 31st in Vegas..

Leona Lewis Still Too Scared To Go Out In Public

Check out Leona Lewis as she enters the Ed Sullivan Theater for a taping of the Late Night Show.

The singer just admitted she suffers from fear of going out in public since the 24-year-old singer was hit in the face by schizophrenic Peter Kowalczyk as she was signing copies of her book Dreams in London in October.

Lewis wrote a witness statement detailing her horror at the attack just yesterday:

It read: “Now I’m very frightened about going out in public. I don’t know where the next attack will come from and if it will be more serious than what has just happened.”

She said the incident left her “devastated and traumatised” and left her face red and swollen.

So sad, Kowalczyk has been detained in the hospital since the attack.

Leona Lewis Defends Boyfriend

If you have anything negative to say about Leona Lewis longtime boyfriend think again.

There have been some media outlets continuously dogging the singer for still dating her Electrician boyfriend whom she knew before she was famous.

Lewis, 24, has been with Electrician Lou Al-Chamaa since she was 17 and calls him her “best friend”.

When she was asked about the “snide bewilderment” that accompanies references to their enduring love, she says, “It does make me angry. Because he’s a great person. And it doesn’t matter what you do in life, what your job is, where you come from.”

Speaking to The Observer, she says, “This is real life, it isn’t make believe. For people to think that you should leave someone because, all of a sudden, you’re a singer and you have opportunities. I feel very sorry for them.”

Just another reason to love Leona Lewis even more!
